Kostas Koromantzos joined the Group in February 2020 as Finance Manager and investment consultant. Previously, Kostas spent almost 2 years at Alvarez and Marsal Greece, where he served as Director, leading the restructuring of the largest listed Greek Company in aluminum extrusion sector. Kostas also served as observer to the company’s Board on behalf of the banks until the closing of the transaction.

Prior to A&M, Kostas was a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton’s Transactional Advisory Services Department for 7 years, leading a substantial number of restructuring, due diligence and M&A projects. In this capacity, he was member in the Grant Thornton’s Monitoring Trustee engagement for Eurobank Ergasias on behalf of the DG Competition. Kostas, started his career as an Assistant Auditor in Grant Thornton SA, participating in the statutory audits for listed and non-listed companies.

Kostas earned a Master in International Management from Lancaster University (U.K.) and a bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Athens. He is also a ACCA holder.
