Administration & Marketing Officer

Whitetip Investments AEPEY, one of the fastest-growing Financial Services Companies in Greece is looking for an Administration & Marketing Officer to work closely with our CEO in various projects.

The role

The main role for the Administration & Marketing Officer Position is to work closely with the Company’s CEO on projects regarding the Operation of the Company as well as its Communication and market positioning.

Job Description:

On Administration:
● Be in charge of the client onboarding procedures from start (agreement fill-out guidance) to finish (personal documents validity and efficiency check)
● Be in charge of client communication during, before and after onboarding procedure and provide constant support and guidance
● Be in charge of the Company’s Client AML reports upon auditor’s guidance
● Handle Company’s supply needs (stationary, toner, consumables etc.)
● Extract and report monthly account commissions

On Marketing:
● Manage and interact with Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
● Carry out paid Social Media Campaigns
● Review and report performance of paid Social Media Campaigns (built-in reporting tools) and website Traffic (Google Analytics) and be accountable for further improvement
● Produce copy for Social Media, Company’s website, Press Releases etc.
● Client 1 on 1 meetings and Company presentations upon need
● Manage, update & keep track of the client database program and files (online & offline)

Desired Skill Set:
● Bachelor’s Degree (preferably on Business, Marketing or similar sector)
● Great organizational skills
● Excellent communication skills
● Good knowledge of MSoffice tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Knowledge of Social Media Platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram)
● Proven excellent written and oral speech skills both in English and Greek
● Self-motivated with ability to multitask
● Ability to work effectively in a team environment
● Ability to travel
● Marketing knowledge and Design skills will be considered an asset
